Summary: Someone was mass CDM'ing in a firetruck, I initially thought it was a fireman but it was a rebel inside. I thought he had stolen the truck but in the end it turned out, Lewis had become a fireman, spawned the firetruck, changed to Rebel and got into his firetruck to CDM lots of people.

Currently, the evidence is insufficient to warrant anything other than possessing a firetruck as a rebel which is not a suspension worthy offence.
You have 24 hours to provide ample evidence if possible.
