I caught him right after he drove in to a crowd and killed a security guard. Then he drove over a rebel and then me. If you check the logs you can see that he CDMd more people.
To be fair I think that me and the rebel was accidents though since the rebel ran in front of him and when he hit me I tried to back away but I had the gas pump behind me.
