"the CPU largely determines how fast your PC is and for what purposes the PC is."
Wrong.

"to a small hard drive makes for a slow computer."
Wrong.

"it is of great importance that the motherboard is stable and of a good brand."
It's not that important, if you make sure your RAM and CPU is compatible, you're set.

too little memory means that the rest of the PC slows down in its speed.
Well that's kind of obvious if you are bottlenecking your PC.

Are we giving our opinion on the computer or what?

Looks ok from what I can see. Maybe swap the cooler to one from Noctua. They have the best coolers imo, and with great support. You lost your screws? No problem, you'll get a ton free in the mail.

Pretty good pc, the gtx660ti is a great card. But i would recommend a SSD too, they are fast.

I like this guy^

Noctua is THE best cooling producer for CPU fans. I have mine (NH-C12P SE14), Can barely hear it, having my i7 920 OC'd at 3.6GH'z and its stable at 38 degrees, *fapfapfap*.
Not to mention they look sexy as hell, check out mine. (Fuck cable management)

Seems good.
If you have the possibility (and the extra money) you could downgrade to an i5 3750k and then switch the graphics card out perhaps with a GTX 670 or 680.

Else, everything looks good.

Wouldnt recommend going 670, the only difference between 660ti and 670 is the memory interface
660ti 192 bit
670 256 bit

Maybe a slight increase with speeds, but pretty much the same, i dont feel like spending 100€ more on a 670.

The memory bus difference tends to make a difference when maxing out...especially with the higher AA settings

For that price, you'd actually be crazy not to buy it. Especially considering you don't have to put it together yourself, if you've never done that before and/or don't know the first thing about it.

I definitely recommend you to buy at least one other HDD and an SSD too, as fast as you can get it. Do that and with the setup you've described in addition to it, you won't need an upgrade for many years to come.
