I have got a little question,about making the donation.
Can I donate via WebMoney and,if I will can't,can I transfer my money from WebMoney to PayPal?

Your only option to donate is using PayPal.
However, I can exchange it if you give me $10.46 (PayPal taxes) on WebMoney, I'll gladly give you the cash on PayPal or pay the donation.
