Summary: I come to my spawn area where i see this SS run out of Corleone spawn, where he starts taking out a lockpick and then open up the car. I then gets into the vehicle to lock it so i could explain to him that its against the rules. But before i know anything i got killed by him. Then i spawn and tell him that it was much against the rules. So i said either he had to say sorry and give me a "insurence" for the time i have wasted on the person. Then the guys from my job take him hostage and i ask him one more time to give me insurence and say sorry, but he tells me just to put the banrequest then. He does brake the rules with also sending radio chat when hostage and gunpoint. - Rules broken: Random lockpick, FailRP and RDM.
