Very unfair ban, HiFiWiFi/Victor Bravo - HiFiWiFi - 12-04-2012

Reason: Breaking FearRP
Involved: Me, a black market dealer forget his name, Ruxandra
Why we should unban you: Well I know it is a day or less but I feel this is ridiculous and am sick of bans like this. First of all the black market dealer cdmed 2 corleones, he then told me to stop, he had no weapon out.
I then got in his unlocked car, forgot to lock it then he hopped in, I was driving off safe, no threat of harm, I then was shot by a rebel out of nowhere then saw them way back and kept driving, I started a lockdown and informed everyone why etc.
I kept driving then Ruxandra destroyed the car to investigate a CDM, the BMD told me to stop again, he did not have a weapon out, he said he would shoot, I kept running then he got out his pistol and started firing, Ruxandra then grabbed me and asked me If i had heard of FearRP. I explained everything then I was banned.
There were 2 things wrong with this, the fact Ruxandra destroyed the car allowed the guy to shoot at me, she completely overlooked this and treated it as a normal course of events. Also the guy didn't have his gun out when he told me to stop, I ran off then he started shooting.

Now looking over the logs again, I see I was blacklisted when It was actually the other guy who CDMed

He got banned for hostaging you as a BMD. Ever since I removed the car, he puleld out a P228 and you just ran away completely even though he yelled that he will shoot, which he started and you still continued to run. Lying won't get you unbanned.
So we combine the fact that you can't apply bans under 24 hours with lying and the outcome is a denial.
Unban request denied.
