Summary: (What happened?) Aaronv909 logged out as I was arresting him. I was told over the radio to look for a black BMW, and that it had a wanted driver. I found the black BMW (driven by Aaron), chased him into a building, and finally got him tazed. He then says in LOOC "I give up", and logs out.
