SteamID: STEAM_0:0:4216772 ( not sure, he suddenly had :[PsYcHo]: as the closest result)
Time in GMT: GMT 20:00
Server: v33x
Summary: I was basically trying to serve justice in the minge-hour, as I got permission from the president to patrol.
Then, there was somebody randomly tranquillizing me (name unknown).
Suddenly, PsYcHo started jumping on me, and I almost died.
Evidence:
