Or another solution is that my brother wen't to my PC and started messing up my Steam Account Sal you gotta trust me I wasn't online i'm not lying when I came home was around 19:31 so when I came back my PC was in the position I left it (Laptop) Everything was normal...

Someone with acces to your account made a prop house at the villas on v3, fences all around it, no fading door/keypad/other entrance to get to your house.
