Reason: nlr and killing the cop who killed me

Why we should unban: i never try to break nlr but this cop kept running over me and other people and randomly shooting people out of the car so when i saw him coming toward me with a gun again i ran him over because he was once again he shot me in my car.

I don't remember him shooting you after, you still CDMed and broke NLR, you broke the rules.

No, you can't. By playing on the server you automaticly state that you have read the rules and agree to any punishment given by the Administrators upon breaking them.
