Kozzak propkilled himself a few times, placed random props on the road, broke fear RP.
xxNokOuTxx proppushed vehicles and players, making many meet an early grave, deliberately CDMed a tazed person and tried to run over a fireman and me.
mSy - Keypad abuse
SoepLepel - Disconnect to avoid arrest, proppushed a cabbie over 2-3 people and broke Fear RP (I think he realized that, because all of a sudden, he stopped moving)
Vader - Running over tazed bodies in an attempt to kill them, then trying to knife a cuffed man.
Shadowmark474 - Random props in the city.
Skills SetQ - Public building, in the middle of the road.
