Okay, for the slow and thick ones, I'll explain it:
Kenny: "Killjoy, you arnt trying to improve my sex life are you ?" A direct question
Me: "Nah, I can tell a hopeless case." Meaning, I see that it's hopeless, there's no way of improving Kenny's sex-life. A disrespectful, mocking yet joking answer.
