This occurred on the v33x Server.
Reasons:
As i witnessed in the first section of the video, was a man named P0ison accompanied by a police officer, who build a ramp over the city barricade, to jump it to get through, which could be seen as Prop-climb in a sense. But that is not the main issue, just clarifying that you see P0ison is the owner/driver of the White lamborghini, with Zlooxan as his passenger of choice. Later when i drive to the Lake Docks, i witnessed a group of people who were enforced with a tazer. As i approach them, i too fall victim to this man, known as Mr. Murdock, who tazed a whole group of people, then jumped back into the White Lambo, which belonged to Poison, and they drove off.
