There is no real evidence that I can draw to that it is random. It is a little fail RP that he walks away then comes back but I dont think there is enough evidence here. You have 24 hours to post more evidence.

Dawh You mine as well close it.. The other video I have is the cop jumping on a trash can telling me there is proteins or something in there..
