Summary: I joined the server and went over to the nexus due to some shooting from a cop and a HSS, after the shooting the HSS began to use props to block the rule breaker inside. The propkiller in this video was banned by Zzzzap after I contaced him. Fat Stream is also blocking the nexus entrance and numpad abusing to get inside, might to block him in who knows?
