Summary: he started to crack the door to the presidents office and he told me the SS were rdm'ing. When i wasn't looking he randomly hostaged me. I asked what his reason was he didn't respond he starting listing his demands. He said demote gangsterorange and i did. He let me go then i called a warrant once he was outside. He then came back hostaged me again and starting shooting at me with a deagle. He had no reason to hostage me. I did not make anything big illegal besides RT cameras. He did not give his reason for my hostage.

Uhh well I would like fishes input on this...
And secondly he kind of had a reason to come back at you you warranted him. What is he supposed to do go downstairs and either be killed or arrested?
I just don't see how this is enough evidence based on your story.
It was a little fail RP but based on your story I feel that he had enough to start shooting you up.
