Most of the creative heads here in FL uses Photoshop, but it is possible in the free program Paint.net. If you're interested in using Paint.net, i can show you.

PROTIP(s): Photoshop. Set it to transparent when you make it, 500x200 pixels. Shift when you transform it so it keeps the shape.
