BlackDog has been demoted for sharing private admin discussions to non-admins. This is infringement of admin's privacy.
He's been admin for several months and apart from this, he did a good job so I do want to thank him for that though.
This thread is made to inform you about the demotion and the reason behind it, not to depreciate BlackDog.
