Time in GMT: 19:32 ( im not sure what time it was in GMT, but that was the time in GMT+ (02:00).

Summary: We made an deal that he will give me 60k money in-game and i said that ill pay back when i have the money, he gave me the money, after 1 month (now), he pmed me "When do you give me the money?" i said "I dont have it yet" (something like that.) and he said that he reports me as scammer , because i havent give the money back, first of all, there was no time in the deal when i must pay, and he just started being mad and started calling me an scammer, he is threatering me that he will report me as scammer (im not scammer, i just dont have the money yet.) and there still was not time in the deal that when i must pay, and he said "I dont care that was there time in the deal, i want the money now, and he said he will report me." (again...) and i tried to tell him that i will give the money when i get it and i said there was no time in the deal, but he didnt listen to me and was calling me names like "scammer". I dont never scam , he just dont get it that he cannot control the time until there is an time in the deal. I dont still have the money yet... So, there was no admins online, so i have to put this as ban request, im very sorry about my little "swearing" , i was just little bit mad. P.S EDIT: Im quiting whole Fearless due to people who starts randomly argument with me, im aldeary in stupid argument with file, now dylan started crying about how i react in RP life in-game, ive got enough, good bye fearless. The Joker was in the "trying to solve this situation" thing, he was listening that what we was talking, so you can ask him what i have said, and File , don't start an argue on this thread.

First of all its been 1 month since i loaned u and ur still saying that u dont have the money yet what should i do wait another 5 years and ask u again and u will say taht u dont have the money yet ? and then u insault me and say that im talking trash ohh pls who are u fooling here not me

You keep repeating that same, it doesn't matter. I said i will pay when i have the money, and there was not still time when i must pay in the deal, i have said that you 5 times but you just don't get it.

I had little "break" on the servers, because of the schools , tests , and im making vocal beats and background music in FL Studio 9, i haven't said that in the ban request but that is half of the reason why i haven't got the money yet.

Well I believe there's two ways we can settle this:
One: BREAK gives his Corvette to File until he gets the $100,000. File must keep the vehicle until at least two weeks, and if he doesn't get any money by that day he may sell the vehicle to get money.
Two: BREAK has to have the money ready before, let's say, next Sunday the 29th of April or there will be consequences.
Please both sides post your opinion on this and wich one you would prefer.
