Summary: This guy came into nexus, and used spead hax and ran around mic spamming music, we tazed him, and tryed to handcuff him, it didnt let us handcuff him *HACK* he then started punchwhoreing us, so i spammed UMP on him, and he didn't die *HACK* [FL:RP] Captain Mathias and [FL:RP] Hostage witnessed it.
Evidence: I don't have any evidence atm, but i will soon.
This person has been permanently banned now, move this to approved please.
