I will admit, it's a bit difficult trying to talk to Soul about it.

Were you ingame when you donated and also,yeah you should try to talk with him about this...
If you did donate while being ingame then contact soulripper of nudelz anyways and tell him what happend.

both sorted
both got logged as user being online
paypal has too tell us about the donation, and if you rejoin too fast you may be online before they tell us
