Not according to the website, but i can't get on garry's mod anyway due to a crash on start up. Making a thread in halp and support now.
EDIT: I see that other people are getting this, i tried the temp fix, worked, servers are still down though =(
EDIT 2: Servers online according to site but GMod thinks otherwise

I think it is hard to tell because they're crashing so frequently due to the Garry's Mod update.
