Basically, if you heard about Assasins Creed, thats what you can do. You go and kill people that were part of killling your family and police officer could put signs on walls saying "wanted reward: $5000." What do you think?

If they got a good enough reason and don't just go and crowbar the person but actually do some investigation first and plan some strategies then no, i think its allowed

Drive really good and lose cops on the way and has good skills in everything.
