Water glitch v33x only - Nate500 - 03-20-2012
Hi, I made sure to download everything I am supposed to, but when I look at the water all I a see are white lines; and then when I go under the water with my camera my screen goes all white. Does anyone know how to fix this? (only happens in the lake and the Corleone spawn drain). [Screenshots will be uploaded later today].

You need Half Life 2 Episode 2, if you have make sure it's mounted.

I have the same excact problem,i have hl2ep2 but the only thing i can see ,is the water.

Ooh. I had this problem, never with water though, it was the sky box.. try mat_specular 0, if that doesn't work, try mat_specular 1.. If that doesn't work. You can hit me with a stick. Anyway, it will freeze your game a lil, and also do it in game when you can see the water, just for the sake of being able to tell if it works.. It should only freeze for like a minute, then it should be fixed.. Just trying to help, it might work..

I shall try this when i'm done with school... Or at least access to my laptop during lunch... I will hit you with a stick if ti doesn't work.

I'm nice at heart... I won't hit you with a stick, but it did not work. (was grounded and forgot about this post)
