Summary: I saw his door open so I took a look in first thing I saw was an door that was not lockt so I lookt in there didn't see anything, when I turnd around i saw 2 props to block a door. I thaught like : when did there were props in the house ( i thaught they were world props ), than i saw the name teplict and then I know its an propblock. I lookt in the player list and saw he was an cop. And I thaught if there is contraband in it he will be banned anyway I dont know or there was contraband but I took screenshots of the propblock.

If you zoom in with CTRL+scroll you can see the name teplic.

Yep.
I saw it too with my friend and i was like "wtf?"
I called him and he removed the props.
No contra there, just propblock.
