Title of Suggestion: Enable wildcards in keybinds
Description
When using a keybind which uses a wildcard, it should use the wildcard that is stated.
For example:
bind PGUP /pradio I need help at %l.
Why?
Currently, it only uses the wildcard symbols when used in a bind and it might be used for premade things for Organisations or even just normal advertisements that players usually use.
So using it inside the game chat, it will use %l as the location name. For example:
/radio Shooter at %l
Dick radios: Shooter at Nexus Lobby.
Whereas if it was a bind. It would display as follows:
/radio Shooter at %l
Dick radios: Shooter at %l.
It's technically not a bug, it's just not programmed to work this way.

I might be misunderstanding what you mean, but can't you already do this?
You can type for example "/request Shooter at %l" and it'll display the location.

Annoyed me a few times.. It was probably not the intention that it shouldn't work with keybinds.
