Title of Bug: Car owner wrong & not despawn
Description:
JT has had this police crown vick spawned from 8+ hours ago. hasnot despawned since leaving. upon finding the car he is unable to unlock / lock it. however he cannot spawn any other cars as it says he allready has one spawned. it also displays his steam name and not RP name like other cars do

Logs show JT was last police at 20:31 (time zone is whatever the logs is)
