Forgee and Joe Joe, plus a couple others made a discord and alot of people joined and there was pure shite about whatever map it was in there, and a good amount would have just been like sheep and lick arsed them because of their rank.

There are still people who lick their arse now so it will be a repeat, their position in the community gives them a lot of help to getting people to vote for what they want.

If you want this to be fair there shouldn't be a repeat of all that bullshit, because it just isn't fair.

Your vote should be your vote, and no one else should have an influence on that.

If the vote is done in the right way, fair enough but i dont think it will be.

If you’re referring to the Pines discord that was made by neither me nor JoeJoe, infact I never even joined it.

I will also remind you that there was multiple instances of you verbally attacking players who voted for the map you disliked. 
And you even went as far as creating fake forums accounts to vote for the map you wanted.

Let people vote for what they like, its just a game.

I haven't made no fake forum account so what the fuck are you talking about.

Also, i apologise if you didn't make or join it but i know a couple of staff members did and i believed you to be one of them.

But regarding the accounts ive never made an account, to do such a thing but accuse me of it and i may as well do it.

If someone has done that, who i played with i have no clue, however, if i knew they would get an earfull because it doesnt mean anything.

And you can talk about me verbally attacking players, but you have harrassed a member and probably others so lets leave it at that, it has nothing to do with the map vote.

I decided to compile a small collection of various maps mentioned in this thread and couple that I found on my own.

I've included images of the maps, a top-down view to compare scale and my personal opinions on the map. 
+ = Positive feedback
- = Negative feedback
Let's start off with the current map
rp_EvoCity_V4B1

OPINIONS:


Spoiler :
+ Good road layout (Good for pursuits, several routes to choose from
+ Looks good
+ Good buildings (Such as MTL, Apartments, Lake cabins, Shopping Street...)
+ Map has a good feeling of distance
- Performance issues
- Lack of aggressive bases? (Based on what I've heard, not invested in aggressive RP myself)

OPINIONS:

+ This version removes the "Cave of Crashes", so people can use the whole lake area
+ Good for FPS
- Linear layout (Takes a while to get to areas, not good for pursuits or driving)
- Buildings and visuals are a bit outdated, as the map is quite old
- Slums area near Nexus and passive RP area (Previously it lead to constant fighting near Nexus, which was an issue for Roleplay)

OPINIONS:

+ The layout is interesting ( Allows for interesting pursuits)
+ Has a train system (If you don't have a car, you can take a train)
+ Map has a lot of variety (A lot of different buildings and areas to choose from)
- Lake hill (Very steep, cars might have issues going up and down the hill)
- Large size (People have criticized the map for being too big, as players are more spread out)

OPINIONS:

+ Based on V4B1 (The layout we know and love, but has additional buildings)
+ Adds some favorite locations from other EvoCity maps
+ Big admin area for events
- The slums are back, which may cause issues. Though they are a bit further away in the back
- There are a lot more trees, which may or may not impact performance
- Bad police station (The police station is quite small and doesn't have much room for president)
- DownTown motors and gothic clubs removed (Gothic club were not used that often, but DownTown motors was a useful building)

+ Based on V4B1 (The layout we know and love, but has additional buildings)
+ Mix between V4B1 and RockFord (Adds buildings from RockFord, such as the police station)
+ A good change (In my opinion, the changes done to buildings look a lot better than base V4B1)
- Industrial area removed (A quite useful area, but in this version, it has been removed)

OPINIONS:


Spoiler :
+ Well made map (There was clearly a lot of effort put into the map, it looks really good)
+ Layout is good (There are various routes for cars and it's not too big or small)
+ Variety (Various different areas and buildings)
- Too much housing, not enough shops (There are 2 hotels and 2 apartments, but only about 6 shops)
- Shops and apartments have map props (There are map props in the apartments and shops, one of the shops is strictly for guns)
- The ocean is not real ( The "Ocean" isn't actually usable. It's just part of the skybox, so you can't even use boats which is a shame)
- Possible FPS issues (When looking at a certain direction in the city, the fps can drop quite a bit in singleplayer. Not sure how that translates to the server)


rp_RockFord_V2

OPINIONS:


Spoiler :
+ Layout is good (Allows for good pursuits and driving. The city is in the center, so you can access areas fairly easily)
+ Good buildings (There are a lot of good buildings to use)
+ LOD system (The map uses a skybox as a LOD, so it looks good from a distance and doesn't hurt the FPS)
- Large size (Though you can get around easily, the map is still a bit big. Though the size comes from the open areas)
- Buildings have map props ( Buildings have map props which can be an issue for custom RPs)

OPINIONS:

+ Layout is okay (Allows for good pursuits and driving, though it's still a bit linear)
+ Based on V4B1, but still has plenty of new stuff
+ Variety (Various different areas and buildings)
+/- Desert (The desert allows for some new RPs, but at the same time, it kinda feels out of place)
- The lake looks like a penis



When it comes to my personal picks out of these maps I showed, I would rank them like this:

7. V2D
