To be fair, a lot of past great admins didn't speak either.
Look at Siphon, as well as some of the old admins that only used chat - they're still good at their job.

To me
It doesn't matter who will be the TA for the server
As long they can keep the roleplay flows & does their job
As divey had said before
Everyone is a candidate, everybody, in which I completely agree , I'm not saying you're all wrong but everyone, no matter who you are, is still a candidate to be TA .
Nobody here is perfect , we all someday will be a TA throughout our journey on FL.

To be fair, both when I was an admin in the past and TA now, I exclusively use text chat for admin sits unless it is completely necessary that I have to use mic as I find it much more professional, and usually it’s much easier to get a digestible argument across when the player can read through what I’m saying at their own pace, but that’s just personal preference.
