I can only do the design of the signature, for the clicking to link feature, you would have to do it yourself on the part where you upload the signature.

Also, the picture is small so if you need be put it in the corner middle what ever looks best and get a shape whether it be a rectangle or a triangle shattering and fading into a white. Just do wht you can to make it look the best
