I think the this job needs even more.. I mean, who does the paperwork for this city? Remove the word 'desk' from the title and you got someone who manages taxes, requests, house ownership etc.
This job is really undiscovered at this point.

This would be very useful to the company if it shows up like a warrant it will make the Nexus Secutary a useful job. It will create RP Easier to handle and there will not be a random person saying they have a meeting with the president when they don't.
