Also I think it would be good to replace the GTA vehicles with their real world counterparts i.e. Banshee with the Dodge Viper.

Not to be a pain in the ass but. The Dodge Viper GMod model, have something called REQUIREMENTS.
1. You need a car mod. (SCars sucks btw)
2. You need to modify cars before this works.
3. The size of SCars is 113.64 MB which is quite a lot.
