Not naming people who it should be but the person chosen should be highly active, I've noticed recently that there is a lot of mingery that has happened but there have been no admins on to do anything about it. i get that PRs exist but it just leads to arguments on the forums about who broke what rule.

Seems like you don't understand odds, he's saying Create has most chance and JackZ least chance out of that list.

PR responses are as active as the staff team. There is two pages. Not to mention staff reports
