Upon the server coming back they failed at loading VCMod, a simple restart fixed it

Due to me beeing busy and not beeing at home I was unable to finish the police car skins in time for the update.
They are beeing worked on and they are almost done.
I will try my hardest to finish them in the new year when I get home.
