There needs to be a space for nexus desk secretary to do their job. That is what this rule is there for, so that they can actually roleplay and not be made redundant by a dictator nexus fort that blocks the lobby / nexus desk secretary area off

+Support - Nexus Desk Secretary is already a useless job imo unless they're doing a dispatcherRP so as long as it looks realistic I see no problem with it.
As it is a simple rule change, I don't see the harm in removing the rule temporarily to see how it goes?
