If you'd like to place weed pots and grow weed you should just join one of the underground jobs or go play as a black market dealer

If you looked at the earlier comments, people don't like to join underground jobs just to spawn some weed pots.

This is a easy thing to change and personally i've had many good RPs (for example stoner or rastafari RP) where it would've been cool to have pots.
