Case has been reviewed and is now closed.
Nighthawkd spoke to Soul about the situation and solved it at the time.
He tried to remove a few tags so that people would stop pasting bad templates.
The provided evidence of the edit in order to "set somebody" up is also irrelevant if what's stated above is true.
The edit had nothing to do with sabotaging an unban request.
No abuse noted here.
