Well seeing as soul is asking what map you would prefer if they opened a 3rd server i am going to have to agree with most people here i really do like V2P and i would prefer it being the map if a 3rd server were to be made.
And ill also throw out my 100% silly suggestion and say RP_SilentHill.

It had literally no players and if there eventually was 10-20 online they were only there to contrawhore and stare into the wall; waiting for it to make money.
You'll regret choosing v2p, I assure you. The map is awesome if you have 100 players inside it but that's not a possibility.
Sure, you can make events there but it's just not worth it.
Vote for HL2RP. It requires a lot less admin work since it's hard for minges to break rules there. You need access for everything and it's nearly impossible to aquire weapons etc.
Even the Civil Protection can act as admins on an eventual HL 2 - RP server. Also Fearless would benefit extremely from this, taking the fact that there are no other HL2RP's out there yet on 13.
Besides why have a third cityRP server.
Back when I joined this community...
We obviously now have a lot of people that are interested in having a map large enough for everyone to have space for themselves . Let's not also forget the effort needed to implement an entirely new gamemode, and with the kind of people who go onto FL servers regularly, they are the kind of people that can't possibly walk outside with some form of weapon or wealth. Enjoy an empty HL2RP server instead? I'm good.

o Open Space
o Shops
o Residential areas
Make this a serious server. Include:
o Whitelisted Police Force
o A long manufacturing/creation process
o Natural resources => Factory system
o A REAL Economy, not contrafarming
o A overpowered government
This right here, would be the best thing ever.
