Sorry, but then you're just being naive. All drugs are bad for your health in some ways, and you can't say it's not affecting your body in a negative way.
Of course, it is one of the least unhealthy drugs but saying it doesn't harm your body.. That's not really true.
So are you calling college institutes, medical researchers, and scientists liars? Show me factual information that says otherwise.
Seriously, the only possible harm would come from inhaling the smoke, and even then it's miniscule. There has been tests done on tons of subjects who have smoked marijuana heavily for 20 years even, and their lungs are fine. Plus if you use edibles or a vaporizer you cut out the smoke inhalation entirely.
I apoligize if I come off like a d*ck, that's not my intention. It's just i've had to explain this to many people.

I think that's enough to prove my point. Regardless of how safe all of those people who want to perpetually get high claim marijuana to be, you should really check. Sure, it isn't as immediately noticeably dangerous as say, alcohol or tobacco, but it does have effects, many of them dangerous neurological effects that occur over time. One thing nearly all articles have in common is that long term heavily increases risk of strokes, psychosis, blood brain injuries and other neurological disorders.

And so is LSD LSD is not addictive at all cuz you build up a tolerance to it almost immediately and then it also has no lethal dose

Well, actually all drugs are bad. All adiction is bad, people with adiction to eat are fat and they have health problems. People smoking weed in a certain time the brain don't work well, same problems with cocaine, heroine or thing like that, after a time you need that for live. Edit Piaf was addicted to the morphine and she died at 48.
