Also personally I would rather them being a one time use thing, once a car goes over a real life spike strip the spikes actually go into the tyre giving a slow release of air, meaning once it has been used its done.

only the owner can remove it, same for ANPR camer and wheel clamps half the f*cking time(god i hate those things)
