My only issue is that all those games I've mentioned are coming out in the same period more or less..

Yea. It all really comes down to what games you enjoy the most.. I love Ubisoft in general, I'll probably end up getting Watch Dogs 2.

Their old games are good but in recent years they have slipped, the only games made by Ubisoft that I have enjoyed this past couple of years are FarCry 4 and Rainbow Six Siege.

One of the first games I rented from Blockbuster was the first Assassins Creed though I've never liked Ubisoft nor the decisions they have made.
