It's actually not a glitch, it's a feature that was half disabled, while the other way that we used to use to restart wasn't.

The "Glitch" has been fixed and Violent Duct seems to be nerfed in terms of cash.

So they leveled down all chars who were replaying VD?
That is awesome, now earning cash is almost impossible with all those antisocial f*gs who keep killing everyone they see and huge ass hospital bills.
Rockstar did a great job releasing update that fix nothing, apart from small feature that helps people to get good cash.
