No, there's a bug where you don't lose health by hunger when in a vehicle, I posted the bug but it got denied, probably due to clean up in suggestions and bugs section. Would make it possible to abuse that glitch heavily if it gets approved.

Really? I once starved myself sitting in an office chair and my hunger filled as my health lowered to death. ._.
