The best thing to do would be to split the SS jobs into Recon, Assault/Commander and Tactical.
Recon: Sniper (1Spot)
Assault/Commander: M4A1 (1Spot)
Tactical: UMP45 (2Spots)

Technically SS qualify under the counter-assault category if you want to get right down to it, not plain assault.
