All of you know nothing about the database, so don't try to assume what you have to do. I would want a valid reason why you should get all your items? Not because steam disabled your account, i agree on why they did it to you.

My reason, Fallen, is that Even though I disrespected steam's rules, I didnt disrespect Fearless' rules. Just as I'm being punished by losing my steam account, and the games i've bought. But I shouldnt lose what I had in Fearless just because I need steam to play on it...

Well you have 2 pcs most probably.
Boot both accounts on the pc's then drop them on your current account and pick them up on your new one.
That only if you have 2 pc's
I'd use my brothers
