Not really accurate if you ask me, because the ammount of words depends on the words you got and they're all different most of the time what more accurate is the ammount of keystrokes a minute.
Which is why I use

And the good thing is that it doesn't count the spacebutton and the backspace button when you're typing so it's just pure typing skills.
And it are long and difficult words. which ups the skillgrade.
My result on typera.tk:
