Spawn list is working for me I deleted all setting of it and replaces with it the new setting and it works

I cant seem to spawn props like the small cleaning supplies or the mcdonalds meals and so on, when I asked people who were able to spawn it they said something about the content pack. But I have everything installed from this thread, what could I be missing?

For the Mcdonalds you can type 'Food' in to the search bar while holding Q

Or go to games > garrysmod > foodnhouse
You will tan find all the food props.

I ended up subscribing to the content packs soul had on his steam profile and the spawn lists for all the foods and cleaning supplies showed up.
