It seems like a nice feature and if it makes visuals look better it would apply to gameplay and not just screenshots. I don't think it should be disabled over the ability to disable drug effects as the drug screen effects don't really effect gameplay in a meaningful way anyways.

+Support Used to have quite a bit of fun messing around with it years ago. Avoiding drug effects while abusing glitches is effectively harmless and it does more harm than good to remove the feature.
