Honestly, Why not create film-and-media and have it be on trial aswell? There is no Downside of having Both except one extra channel?
What most likely will be happening if Anime-Manga & Film and Media would be merged is that Whoever posts anime/manga related stuff would outright be "Bullied" Away.
