User was found guilty of breaking fearRP when recording evidence and will receive a warning, as it's more fitting punishment for the situation.
It's important to remember to follow the rules, even though it's done to improve the roleplay experience on the server.
Also apologies that this took quite a long time and a lot of edits for conclude.
